Bug Commander is a trade name and DBA of Victory Pest Services, LLC (“Bug Commander,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Bug Commander’s website and services, including pest control and mosquito control services and related communications. By scheduling service with us, visiting our website, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Services
Bug Commander provides pest control, mosquito control, and related extermination services to residential and commercial customers. Service details, scheduling, and pricing are provided at the time of booking and may vary by location and service type.
2. Scheduling and Appointments
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled window. Delays may occur due to weather, prior appointments, or circumstances outside our control.
We may contact you by phone, email, or text message regarding your service, including appointment confirmations, arrival updates, rescheduling, and other service-related communications.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due as agreed at the time of booking or service completion, unless otherwise arranged in writing. Recurring service plans, if applicable, are billed according to the schedule agreed upon when the plan is set up.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we take reasonable care in performing our services, we do not guarantee complete elimination of all pests in all circumstances, as results can vary based on property conditions, infestation severity, and other factors outside our control.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Victory Pest Services, LLC, doing business as Bug Commander, is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
6. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Bug Commander, a DBA of Victory Pest Services, LLC, offers an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers regarding their pest control services. Messages may include service-related communications such as appointment information, service updates, and post-service feedback requests.
By voluntarily opting in to receive text messages from Bug Commander, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your service at the mobile number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services from Bug Commander.
Message frequency varies. Most customers receive approximately one text message per completed service visit, although additional service-related messages may be sent when necessary.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Bug Commander. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from the program unless you opt in again.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
