When you schedule pest control or related services with us, we may collect information necessary to provide those services, including your name, service address, phone number, and email address.

Text Messaging (SMS) Program
If you voluntarily opt in to Bug Commander’s SMS messaging program, you consent to receive text messages related to your service at the mobile number you provided.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services from Bug Commander.
Message frequency varies. Most customers receive approximately one text message per completed service visit, although additional service-related messages may be sent when necessary.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. To rejoin the program, you may opt in again through an available opt-in method or reply START where supported.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile Information and SMS Consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All categories of personal information sharing described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may share information with service providers when necessary to provide our services or operate our communications systems, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.
Email Communications
If you provide your email address, we may use it to contact you about your scheduled service, including service confirmations and post-service feedback requests.
You can opt out of promotional or feedback-related emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the email, where available, or by contacting us directly. We may continue to send communications necessary to provide or administer services you have requested.
